In Mr. Albrecht Mast, Heilsbronn, Untere Berghof Str 4, a construction appraiser, I have had the pleasure of meeting a wonderfully human, technically highly qualified, and particularly meticulous person. My lawyer put me in touch with Mr. Mast last August. I built a timber house with the company Zäh Dennenlohe. During construction, a storm and improper tarpaulin work caused a catastrophe: the entire timber walls were completely soaked, a knockout criterion for timber interior walls/visible walls. The consequences: cracks and gaps. The appraiser was a great help to us, and now, a year later, he has arranged for a second appraisal, with the assistance of other houses whose interior walls had not been damaged by storms, to be inspected to clarify the situation. Anyone looking for a professional and competent contact person who is both objective and personable is in good hands with Mr. Mast.
